Return & Exchange Policy

At Valentines Giftshop, we take pride in the quality of our products.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly offer an exchange.

Exchange conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Once the defect is confirmed, the item will be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value.

Refunds are not provided.
